One-Off Consultation

Professional insight, fresh ideas, no commitment required. Perfect if you need clarity, a creative sounding board, or practical solutions for a tricky spot. This focused, on-site session gives you expert advice to move forward with confidence, whether you're DIY-ing or planning ahead.

“I love creating spaces inspired by nature, designed just for you.”

Full redesigns are tailored to your needs but the general flow follows these steps.

Together we’ll create the design brief which forms the benchmark for all that follows.
A survey will then be undertaken, either by myself on smaller projects or an external surveyor, to establish the dimensions and details of the space.
Thorough analysis of the site paves the way for the initial creative solutions.
A series of simple drawings are produced looking at the general flow of the space; Where is that perfect place to sit and breathe? Is there a view that needs enhancing or hiding? Where’s the best spot for the washing line?
(There’s always a washing line!)
This is presented alongside mood boards exploring textures, materials, details and tone for the space.

From here a single design vision is thoroughly researched and the masterplan is created. This is the detailed document (below centre) which holds all the information needed to bring the design to life. This document alongside any construction drawings and sketches is passed to the landscapers to quote against.

Planting, which until now had be indicative other than key trees, shrubs or details, is then thoroughly explored resulting in the detailed planting plan (below right).

Sourcing plants, overseeing the build, planting and continuous support bring the project to a happy conclusion. Why not get in touch to see how we could work together, to create something beautiful, practical, buzzing and bespoke to you.
